Technical Support Representative for Ortigas Site
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • As a technical support representative, you’ll be providing assistance to clients from various countries — receiving, identifying, and resolving technical support request for products such us telecommunication devices, computer hardware / software components, replace with gaming consoles, and internet connectivity. Primary task is to troubleshoot problems and errors customers may encounter in the different applications of the product or service being supported. You must be able to take your customers through troubleshooting steps via phone in a clear and efficient manner.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completed second year college
  • Above average verbal and written English communication skills
  • Skilled in computer navigation
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Good customer service orientation (patient, polite and proper)
  • Basic skills in PC troubleshooting (hardware / software)
  • Familiarity with internet connectivity and networking
  • Technical support experience is preferred but not required
  • Amenable to work in shifting schedules
  • Call center experience is a preferred but not required
  • Fresh graduates/entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
